Heidi, a medical assistant, has been working in assisted living since she was 18 and has been with North Oak Senior Living for over 5. She started as a caregiver, then moved up to management several years later, where she has been for 9 years
“I love sitting with the residents and listening to their stories and having conversations with them. My favorite part of my job is that the staff and the residents have turned into a family! The jokes, the laughter and the smiles brighten your day when you are here! I love coming to work because I know the residents enjoy seeing us—and I know that we are there for them. We strive to make sure that our residents are safe and always having a great time.

Mary has bee in the healthcare field off and on for nearly 30 years. She started her career on the floor as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and worked her way through several different roles from scheduler to Assistant Executive Director, and Administrator. Throughout all those roles, her primary focus was always on elder care and dementia that makes her such a great fit at Magnolia Meadows. In her free time, Mary loves spending time with her 5 children and 8 grandchildren. Mary also has 8 German Shepard dogs that keep her busy and entertained.
